We had our Ford Edge in for warranty work to replace the antenna fin that quit working. When we picked the car up there was many dirty hand prints on the head liner. He made arrangements to pick it up and deliver after it was done. However he did say it would be the entire interior. And that was a really crappy job whoever does the detailing. Josh was great.
