I had a service appointment for my brand‑new 2025 F‑350 at Mathews Ford on February 12, 2026. The truck has just over 800 miles on it, but it needed to be serviced because it was not providing power to the at Mathews Ford on February 12, 2026. The truck has just over 800 miles on it, but it needed to be serviced because it was not providing power to the trailer brakes. I arrived for my 8:30 appointment ten minutes early. Around 10:20, Joshua from the service department informed me that the technician was refusing to work on the truck because it had been undercoated. I asked whether management was aware of that decision, and he said yes—they advised me to take it back to the dealership where I purchased it. I explained that I would not be returning for service or purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. They did not seem to care. To recap: they are a Ford dealership that refused to work on a brand‑new Ford pickup simply because it was undercoated.
