Great service! Stopped in for an oil change and to check on a noise my car was making and a few other issues. Mechanic showed me a couple things that needed repair, some under warranty. He said he may not be able to finish in one day and I was offered a car to drive. First of all I didn't think a new car was in my budget and Mike worked with me and helped me get my brand new 2017 Ford Explorer XLT in my price range when other dealerships were telling me I better go for the Escape because I couldn't afford the car I wanted. Every member of the Matthews team was outstanding! MIKE, CHRIS, JOSE, CHIP...they all stayed a few hours after they should have been home with their families just to make sure I got to take home my car the same day. Not only did I get to take it home that day but they made sure that it was detailed even though that held them up even longer, knowing they would be picking it up the next day to do more extensive detailing to my leather and suede seats.
