As I had a lot of questions he was very patient and knowledgable. He did not try to oversell and was VERY generous with my trade in and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted within my budget. I dreaded dealing with a car salesman (who doesn't) but dealing with Mike made the experience great! I will always go back to him! More
Absolutely DISSATISFIED My experience with Matthews Ford has been horrible. They had my vehicle for vehicle repair and failed to repair if adequately. Every time it was brought back in to them for repair, I was given the runaround. Now the vehicle has completely stopped due to them not repairing it the first time, I now have to pay $1200.00. They offered no discount, apology or loaner car. They have promised it would've finished in one day, we are on the fourth day and NO VEHICLE REPAIR YET! They pass the blame from one department to the next and no one accepts responsibility. PLEASE BE ADVISED ONLY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

I Loved the service I received from Tony he was patient, kind and understood what we were looking for. Mr. Allen was also a great help with getting us financed. The only issue I had was when I test drove th kind and understood what we were looking for. Mr. Allen was also a great help with getting us financed. The only issue I had was when I test drove the car I heard a noise that I was told was a belt and that a dressing could be put on this belt that would stop the loud noise I was hearing. Now I did bring the car in and after some work was done( that only took about twenty minutes), I was told it was a belt that was just to tight and that it was now fixed. At first when I got in the car I was excited because it in fact was fixed. However this only lasted about a day. The noise doesn't seem to affect the car in any way but it is loud and embarrassing. Over all I had a nice experience I just wish I had financed a car that didn't embarrass me every time I start it up. More
Dan was VERY helpful and not the typical pushy salesman. My experience with Mathews was nothing short of exceptional. Dan was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. I was out of town for work during the entire process. When I finally arrived in back in town I was greeted by friendly staff that offered drinks, 20 minutes and a few signatures later we were in my new ride. Dan then went over the car top to bottom and I was on the road. I love my new Fusion. Thanks Dan and Mathews staff! I will always go to Mathews from now on and would recommend them to anyone. More
This is our second car we have gotten from Matthews. We came here after we went to another Ford dealership that wasted our time and undervalued our trade in. They did not have the exact car we wanted, but came here after we went to another Ford dealership that wasted our time and undervalued our trade in. They seemed to value our time, unlike some other places. When we went to buy our car, it only took 45 minutes. More

This was first time I leased car from this dealership. I came with idea what I need and with the price in my mind. After a short negotiation we settled on a deal very close to what I expected. I came to look at a Equinox i found online for a good price. Hal told me the vehicle I wanted to look at was sold. Then after I looked at another (more expensive)vehicle, he assured me it would be within price. Hal told me the vehicle I wanted to look at was sold. I sat at Matthews Ford for for almost 5 HOURS while they ran paperwork and finalized the "DEAL" they were going to get us. While I waited they wanted me to purchase insurance for the SUV BEFORE we purchased it. When we finally were presented with the finalized "deal" it turns out they were trying to sell me the car for ALMOST $700.00 MORE THAN THEIR OWN ADVERTISED ONLINE PRICE!!! (BEFORE tax, title, and registration!) It was NOWHERE NEAR the price range I told him, but did not find that out until 5 hours of waiting! They just wanted us to sign the paper and take it home! Then was presented at an interest rate of 24.99%!! (the highest legal interest rate) I told them it was not going to happen and we left. The worst part about it? - The VERY NEXT DAY new pics were posted online of the Equinox that I was originally told was SOLD!!! In my opinion these people are crooks and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going through all this at their dealership. I was told by Jim Kovacs that Hal was their best salesman, now I know why. He lied to us and wasted all of our time because he thought he could sell us a car for more than it was worth. More
