Good Service from dealer. Not happy with Ford update to Sync I got very good service from the dealership however the Sync 3 update I got for my Edge was less than satisfactory. It seems to me that the GPS update I got very good service from the dealership however the Sync 3 update I got for my Edge was less than satisfactory. It seems to me that the GPS update went backwards instead of making it up to date. This was not the dealerships fault. This is the subpar product given to them by Ford. More
