Rotors I gave the rating of 4 stars because Dave Roznoski took great care of me and my vehicle. When I called him and explained my problem he new right away I gave the rating of 4 stars because Dave Roznoski took great care of me and my vehicle. When I called him and explained my problem he new right away what the problem most likely afflicted my vehicle. He called me with an estimate and then told me when my car should be finished. He arranged for a shuttle to pick me up. After I paid for my vehicle he asked if I would like my car washed. He explained that he didn't have it done yet because it would have spots since it isn't towel dried. I had my car washed and Dave noticed that I had a towel in my car. He asked if he could use it to dry my car and when I said yes he towel dried my car. What service!!! More

After all was completed, the report card was explained to me and my car was returned in excellent condition and time. At all times, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Quick oil change I was in and out with in 35 min. Staff was friendly and very helpful. My vehicle was under the Ford Fleet Program and I was told the person that hand I was in and out with in 35 min.
