This is our second purchase from Family in Philadelphia. We weren't particularly happy about dealing with the same salesperson, but we decided to call anyway. We initially spoke with Kristen and she was awesome. We were literally in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. Joe met us outside and made us feel like he could help us. He wasn't a pressure salesperson, he gave us space to have our conversation. He heard what we wanted. My husband wanted the leather and I wanted the sunroof. However the two together would take us to a price that we really didn't want to pay out monthly. Joe found us the same vehicle and worked it out that we could have the leather done by an oustide company and make our wishes manageable! We left with a new vehicle and feeling pretty good about it. Now that's not the best part. What my husband really wanted was the same leather color and trimming as in the Outlander on the showroom floor, but we understood we couldn't have that and we were ok with it. Now, the good part... Joe called us two days later and said he spoke to the leather company (don't know the name) and just by chance asked if they would be able to do the leather with the black trim like in the Outlander... YES! My husband got the call and was very excited that it could be done. Nice follow up, Joe! More
