When you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, Matt Blatt insists you bring your vehicle in to be "evaluated" by them, and low and behold, Kelley Blue Book is not the standard by which they value your trade-in. Frank (the manager) insisted that regardless of what KBB from Matt Blatt's website stated, my trade-in was only worth 25% of what Matt Blatt's website via Kelley Blue Book said it was worth. This is, at best, poor business practice and at worst outright deceptive, false advertising, and a bait-and-switch. Avoid Matt Blatt, and find a dealership that is willing to deal with you fairly.
