Very dishonest dealers and sales representatives (James Torrez). They would lie and do anything to get your trade in vehicle and sell you a new car and then they would not do good on their promises and try Torrez). They would lie and do anything to get your trade in vehicle and sell you a new car and then they would not do good on their promises and try to get you on little things like oil changes for $50, etc. When you confront them with proof of their promises they would just tell you they're sorry you've had a bad experience. They made me drive 40 miles to the next dealership for all of my future services and it's still worthy just not to see these scammers. Filed a complaint on BBB website and also informed Nissan North America so they will get what they deserve. More
I went to this dealership for the large amount of used cars they had. I'm very glad that I did. Shaunie met me as I walked up to the door. She is friendly, outgoing and energetic. 4/2022- Had a very attentive service advisor, Krista, who called me often to update the progress of my vehicle. When picking up my completed car, Chris, the service manager went above and beyond to make sure called me often to update the progress of my vehicle. Worst company EVER! They sold me a LEMON I only had it a year and it has broken down 7 times. I've had engine,shifter,starter replaced 2 times. They don't even give you a loaner car while you have no car. C year and it has broken down 7 times. I've had engine,shifter,starter replaced 2 times. They don't even give you a loaner car while you have no car. Currently I haven't had my jeep in 2 months they are taking forever to fix it. This is my worst nightmare this company doesn't give a cap about their customers. More
