I am now regretting the decision deeply. The start of the process seemed to be a normal car buying process go in with something in mind and they try to talk you into something else. Due to my credit issues I fell prey to the "you only qualify for this car." It seemed to be a nice car and I was okay the choice I had. Fast forward almost 4 hours and finally finishing up paperwork and driving home in my "gently used" car. Only to receive a phone call a little over two weeks later being told I need to go back to the dealership today (bearing in mind I was called at 4pm and they close at 9pm) to resign paperwork. I was unable to make my way in due to the fact that I was working and when I informed the sales floor manager Dalton of this, I was abruptly hung up on. Being fairly new to the car buying process this had me afraid that something had fallen through with my paperwork and I would be unable to keep the car. Several phone calls back and forth with continuing being told I would be called back even by my sales person Ray ended up with the only solution being he would have to drive from the dealership about 30 miles to where I was working at to allow me to sign the paperwork. This all felt very rushed and I did not have my original paperwork on me which made me uncomfortable. For the most part everything was the same except there was now an extended warranty that I signed in which I was told "you will receive in the mail." Well that paperwork never came, so fast forward to today I call the dealership to find out where this "mystery paperwork" is. I am told my finance manager is not in today so I will receive an email with a copy in a day or two. Still not sure why the man I spoke to who claimed to be Head of the Entire Finance department does not have access to it so I guess the route of going through the finance company for the paperwork will have to be done. There have been several issues with this dealership since I have purchased my car. I am never one to write reviews even with a bad experience so I truly want to get across just how unprofessional this place is. All it seems a though they care about it going from sale, to sale, to sale, without any of the followup. I will never recommend this dealership to a single person and want nothing more then this review to cause them to bring up their customer service. If you want return customers, you should make each sale feel as though they matter. Not just a sale to put money in your pocket. More

LONG wait for an oil change. I had an appointment and arrived two minutes early. After a one hour and 35 minutes wait I saw the car outside. I waited six more minutes then decided I had an appointment and arrived two minutes early. After a one hour and 35 minutes wait I saw the car outside. I waited six more minutes then decided to go to the service office at which time I was handed my keys and invoice. The waiting area was pleasant, had water, coffee and snacks. The employee I dealt with was pleasant. I had a similar experience in March; I waited two hours and 40 minutes for what should have been a one hour job. I had an appointment then also. More

Misleading Sales Manager Dalton manager of sales was misleading and not honest. In 2 days no call from dealership, so me and my husband returned asking what happen as we did not hear from sale manager. We were approach by another sales person who reported to being the (GM) reporting the color of the SUV I wanted was not available, and continually tried to force me and my husband to purchase another SUV Rogue at a higher price, stating if I didn't like the offer I could get my money back and leave. I then became upset because two day earlier when me and my husband came into dealership we stressed what our budget was and what we could afford. I then spoke to Dalton sales manger who shared that he would get me the color of SUV that I wanted with in 7 days. Seven days came and went and no one called concerning SUV. My husband then called dealership and was informed that car was not available at this time and may be available tomorrow. That same evening my husband received a call from James sales person sharing that he had a car like the one I wanted in white, I asked if I could come in and look at car and he immediately stated "I don't think you will the color. So finally today we went into dealership and was treated like aliens. Dalton stated that I was difficult and didn't want to take the first color car that they had available. True I did not want a silver Rogue due to my co worker having the same car in silver. The color SUV I wanted was grey. I asked for my refund back, and was informed to come back Monday and I would get a check refund. I'm very disappointed as a customer that I was not treated with integrity or decency. I was called difficult due to wanting a grey Rogue and not settling for the silver one that was available at the dealership. I can't understand 10 days later why the grey Rogue was still not available? I feel the reason I didn't get the grey Rogue was because they wanted to sell me the silver one, and or force me to lease the higher price Rogue. Very disappointed with my car experience at Nissan of Atlantic city. More
