It is rare to find a competitive business that works in conjunction with one another, demonstrating respect for one another equal to that of the customer. Respect as equals is very important despite hierarchy and speakes volumes of corporate values. Everyone was respectful, attentive and genuinely appreciative. More
I bought a used 2005 Ford Escape which was just traded in by someone else. I asked the salesman can I take it on the highway during the test drive and he didn't want to. The keys were not available when I came the first time. I also told the salesman I wanted the car cleaned out upon buying, and his attitude was not pleasant. When I test drove the car there were no problems, however shortly after I bought the car, there were transmission problems which I had to spend $1700 o fix. I believe the salesman and dealership knew about this problem and didn't tell me. I car should have been priced at least $1,000 lower than what it was. They made me feel I was coming away with a steal and did not want to negotiaite in any way. More

My mom Santa Monti Miceli was so happy about the way Ron and Bob were able to help us. Admiral Nissan even had pizza for all their employees which was shared with the customers. I would recommend Admiral Nissan to all of my friends. I'm proud to be an owner of a Nissan. i believe in great customer service and that is exactly what i recieved at Admiral thanks to Ron. In this recent lease he helped us find a vehicle (Nissan Sentra) that fit both our needs and our budget. We would definitely recommend him to others! Our new car is lovely and equipped with many options as well. We would also praise Bob Budzak who helped us with the financing of the car. He too was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Buying or leasing a vehicle through Admiral Nissan has always been a positive experience and we thank those who have made it so! We have also found that dealing with the maintenance and parts departments at Admiral Nissan have been a very satisfying experience overall as well. More
I found Ron to be a very nice man who tried to work with us. We were trading in a car, and I don't care how good the condition of the car, you never get what you should when you trade. Ron brought in another gentleman who was the "heavy hitter" and although I was not totally satisfied with the price, my husband was and it will be his car. I would recommend this dealer and would tell anyone going there to ask for Ron to assist them. He has a lot of experience and he did not get upset with me when I sent him away 3 times to bring us a better deal. More

John Summers was the worst salesman I every had. He leaves out details and just wants to make a sale. Nissan has an ongoing sale;10,000 for your trade or they'll make your first three payments. At the time I didn't know that it was an ongoing sale and when I found out I asked him why he didn't tell me at the time of my purchase? All he said was he was not obligated. Great customer service John Summers. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with him so I had to go over his head. Vince Patermo, general manger, was kind enough to remedy my situation. I shouldn't have to go through what I did because of a selfish salesman. When I get another car or if anyone asks me about Admiral Nissan I will gladly tell them to go to anyone but John Summers. The only reason this review was 5 stars because of Vince Patermo. He knows about customer satisfaction! There shouldn't be people like John Summers on the team. More
