I'm satisfied with the overall treatment except for the the way they handled the price. After several discussions one manager promosed me an "out the door price" if I'll come in and buy the car. This manager went on vacation next day, but he left the figure with the sales person that I originaly delt with. Two days later went I came in to buy the car I spoked to the manager (recomended by the guy on vacation) but he changed the price by at least $450 hihger, giving several reasons for the increase. I think this is VERY BAD WAY TO DO business, especialy for our family who bought, in the last 2 yeras, 3 cars from this dealership... More

Admiral Nissan is the best dealer I ever dealt with and that is why I have given them the best rating possible. First of all Joe Hunt has a great personality and was not pushy and ignorant of my needs as a buyer. He is an excellent salesman. I have major back problems that I have to be conscience of when buying a car and he was open to my needs. He became a friend through the process of buying my used Mustang and did not hesitate to try and meet my needs during the whole process. Admiral Nissan surpassed my expectations when it came to preparing my Mustang to be ready for delivery. Everything I asked to be taken care of before I would purchase the Mustang was taken care of. There was no beating around the bush to try and get things done at Admiral. I was shocked to see how Admiral Nissan and Joe Hunt went above and beyond the call of excellence during my car buying experience. Ron was patient with us during our test drive and answered all our questions. Even after the purchase of the car, the company was great with putting in new lights and blue tooth for added safety. I've been doing business with the admiral since 1989. Needless to say, that length of time tells you that I've been a perfectly satisfied customer. They take care of all of my automotive needs. The cars are reliable and very dependable. The service department takes care of me in an expeditious manner. They know me by name and do what's necessary to get me in and get me out. I have over the years sent many customers to the Admidral because of the reasons stated above. In closing, I would like to say that in retrospect, my car buying and leasing experience has been very rewarding.
