Fuel engine sensor, oil, and cabin air filter Brandon Eldridge and Will Johnson combined did an amazing job getting me scheduled in right away. I was well over my oil change, required a new cabin air filter I had been putting off, and now had an issue with the fuel sensor. I have an extremely busy job that requires me to be on the road/office depending upon the day of the week. The team had expectations my service would require the car being held over the weekend so arranged for me to have a "loaner car." The team checked out my tires (purchased from the service department), took care of my requested changes, and replaced the fuel sensor under warranty. They only had my car for a few short hours and were able to accommodate my schedule for me to return and pick up my vehicle. They are great, and I appreciate the care and concern each of them take to make sure I was helped, quickly, efficiently, while also receiving great service. More

Scheduled Maintenance I made an appointment with Will for scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Sonata. Engine light resulted in new thermostate and change of hoses I was going down I-10 in the rain when the engine light came on...scary! So I looked at the gages, listened for noises, and sniffed for burning someth I was going down I-10 in the rain when the engine light came on...scary! So I looked at the gages, listened for noises, and sniffed for burning somethings... and, headed for Allen Hyundai ASAP. Fortunately, the light came on timely. I needed a vacuum hose and the thermostat replaced. Parts Dept. promptly ordered parts and hoses needed. And the Service Dept. folks did a great job getting my 2000 Sonata GLS up and running.
