Eager to help My check engine light came on in my vehicle and even though their schedule was pretty booked, they still found time to take my car. I had a 2007 Elantra, which I purchased in Pittsburgh and then relocated to MS. Soon after arriving, there was a problem and Allen's staff helped me, loaned me a vehicle, and treated me like a queen. I have never had a negative experience. I will admit that I've sometimes had my oil changed elsewhere, but after talking to John Thomas, who assisted me this time, I realize that it's worth the drive to come out and have work done by someone who cares about me and my car. He even gave me the direct phone number to the service dept. The staff has gone above and beyond, almost every time I've needed help. This time, they told me that I had run over a nail and they fixed my tire. They also rotated the tires, which I did not expect. I have liked this site on facebook and will continue to recommend them to everyone. Thanks for caring!! More
