When I arrived I was greeted immediately and cheerfully. The staff quickly completed the work and checked other items on the vehicle to make sure they were in good condition. I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealer. OK deal, although I did have to point out a nail in a front tire. After signing the paperwork and taking the key, I asked for the second key and fob. I deal, although I did have to point out a nail in a front tire. After signing the paperwork and taking the key, I asked for the second key and fob. I was told that maybe it was in the back or misplaced, but they would call me. No call, and no replies to my messages. Finally caught the manager, who said they did not have it, but would check with the previous owner. Again, no call, no replies. Since a replacement runs about $300 - and cars come with two keys - I left a final message asking that their sister Toyota dealership just make one for me at no cost. Of course, no reply. Very unprofessional salesman and manager, and no more business from me. More
