The Service Dept. did a excellent job on working on 2011 Hyundai Tucson. And the Parts Dept work on giving you the best price. The Service Dept. even fix a recall issue that I thought was fixed when I brought it to Mack Grubbs Hyundai. My wife move job locations so we had to start going to Mack Grubbs Hyundai because it was closer to her job. The Service Dept. at Mack Grubbs Hyundai was the worst experience we have ever had. We would get coupons in the mail from them and they would never honor them. The New Service Lady at the desk and the Service Manager are very rude they like to argue with the Customers. That is why we stop going to Mack Grubbs Hyundai. We now drive further away to Allen Hyundai but it is worth it. For excellent service and compassion for the customers vehicle needs. They even honored Mack Grubbs Hyundai coupons. You can't get any better than that. Thank You Allen Hyundai! More

It was awesome I went in for the first time because my check engine light was on. Shortly after I was told a sensor for my transmission was bad. It was a messy, rainy day but that didn't dampen the greetings I received or the work that was being done that day. I waited while my car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was hot! I appreciated being kept informed of the things that needed to be done to my car. After I paid the cashier I walked into the service area to find that my car was still parked inside. Since it was still stormy outside I really appreciated the extra touch so I wouldn't get wet. This is the extra kindness that is the hallmark of the service department! More

Great service provided. I scheduled a service inspection one morning for an afternoon appointment. I was promptly given an appt time the same day. I came in and expected to b I scheduled a service inspection one morning for an afternoon appointment. I was promptly given an appt time the same day. I came in and expected to be pressured into purchasing anything and everything that may be "found wrong" with the vehicle. However, to my surprise, I was given a small list of items that were found that needed future attention. I was very pleased since I am a new Hyundai owner and learned they have low maintenance necassary. When the list of maintenance work needed was brought out, the rep stressed that "none of these items are absolutely crucial right now. Let me make you a copy to take home and discuss with your husband first". That meant alot to me as the previous dealership I dealt with forced alot of service work on me and needed decisions in a split second. It was a great experience and I loved finding out what is wrong, then being able to schedule a day depending on the amount of work and planning ahead (while not having my toddler with me). Great job! Quick with quality Made an appointment that morning for the afternoon. Was immediately waited upon when I got there. Was there for servicing. In a matter of 25 minutes or less, they had changed my oil, rotated my tires and replaced two filters. Saw the filters and they needed it. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. That is why I keep coming back from Waveland, MS for car servicing. More
