Hello, My name is Cheyenne and I am the Owner Loyalty Manager at Ray Brandt Nissan. I very much apologize for what had happened when you brought your vehicle in. I did speak with service to get a little more information and find out what happened. I was informed that the rental was billed under another line instead of on the warranty work line. Therefore, your rental should have been covered. Now, I obviously can not go back and change what had happened that day. However, I can offer you two way to fix this. My first option is that I can offer you a refund of the $40. The second option is putting a $40 credit on your account to use for your next oil change visit. I know this may not resolve everything, especially the feeling you may have towards our dealership at this time. However, my position here is to make everything as smooth and exceptional as possible for you as our customer. Of course I would love to have you return to our dealership. I am leaving the choice up to you on whether you would like to do a refund or a credit. Please reach out to me by phone or email (all attached below) that way we can further discuss this.
