Pierre Hall was absolutely brilliant! - Juneannctravis7

Pierre Hall was absolutely brilliant!!! He was so kind and helpful and was extremely nice to our grandson. He not only offered us water he went that extra mile to keep him happy while we looked and did the paper work. I absolutely appreciate the kind gesture from him. We have looked at many cars and when we meet him I knew at that moment we would buy from him.

From the moment we first stopped by Bill Hood Nissan to - SKCHICKPEA

From the moment we first stopped by Bill Hood Nissan to inquire about purchasing a Rogue and met Aneshia in sales we were both kind of invested. It was her laid back manner that was so reassuring for us; especially my partner, Christina. There was no pressure, just a quiet follow up via text and that moved milestones with my partner, because we’d had an unpleasantly “high pressured” experience at a Kia dealership. At Bill Hood all parties we encountered were patient, professional, kind, considerate and helpful with our questions and concerns. It was for exactly these reasons that we chose to make the purchase of our new 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor. We could not be more pleased with both our purchase and Bill Hood Nissan for helping us to achieve it! Thank you!

I had a great buying experience at Sandy Sansing Nissan. - Tyball

I had a great buying experience at Sandy Sansing Nissan. They had an excellent selection of the vehicles I was interested in right on the lot, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The sales manager worked with me to earn my business, and the finance department was efficient and got me through the paperwork quickly. But the real standout of my experience was my salesman, Aaron. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely easy to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and that everything was handled properly. Aaron genuinely seemed interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase, not just making a sale. Ultimately, Aaron was a big reason I decided to purchase my new Nissan from Sandy Sansing. I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Great experience all around!

Mike did a really good job and without him I probably - lsanders04

Mike did a really good job and without him I probably would not have bought the truck that I bought! I came from a long ways off, and if Mike was very honest and had a lot of integrity, I would have not come that far. to buy a truck.

I got the best deal ever on my 2025 Pro 4 X. - donnaredding93

I got the best deal ever on my 2025 Pro 4 X. I would not be happier with the entire process. Rhonda my sales person did a great job explaining the process to me. Without being pushy. Tony, the General Manager was determined to get my payments whereI needed them. Not only that, Matt Bowers gave me a complimentary Lifetime Engine, Powertrain, and Transmission Warranty. I have had someone to give me a Lifetime Warranty. Saving me hundreds even thousands of dollars if I were ro need it. The Finance Office Dara made it all go smoothly . Adam and his crew were informative with a tour of their Service Department. The entire staff made this the most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I would recommend Matt Bowers Nissan South Mississippi to everyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I am proud to be a welcomed member of the Matt Bowers Nissan South Mississippi Family. Donna Redding

This dealership posted a Tahoe for sale on their Facebook - elizabeth.prater

This dealership posted a Tahoe for sale on their Facebook page on Monday, 04/13/26. My husband has been talking with them all week about purchasing the vehicle. After several discussions about pricing and speaking with our bank to finalize financing, we were told that if we completed the credit application, the vehicle would be marked as “sold” and held for us until Saturday, 04/18/26, so we could travel (we live two hours away) to test drive and potentially purchase it. However, today is Friday, 04/17/26, and we were informed that the vehicle was sold yesterday. After going through the entire process—including having our credit checked—we are left with unnecessary credit inquiries and no vehicle to purchase. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership.

Worst experience ever - longwood78

I was sold an Alternator when I needed Wheel Bearings. Someone hit my car there and they did not call me when it happened and did not apologize. They did not have a clear picture of what the damage was. I will never do business with them again.
