Great work done in the time promised. I was greeted by a friendly staff who took my vehicle right away. I had a comfortable waiting room to have a cup of coffee and do some work. When it came time to replace my 2012 Silverado, I went straight to Patrick. I traded it for a really nice 2019 Frontier. Patrick is the most knowledgeable person ever about vehicles and especially the pro straight to Patrick. I traded it for a really nice 2019 Frontier. Patrick is the most knowledgeable person ever about vehicles and especially the products he represents so I wasted no time with anyone else. I reviewed this vehicle on the web site for a while and was very interested. I did test drive a new Frontier and Patrick helped me compare the two. We looked at price, down payments, horse power, options, financing, color, everything. We ran the numbers and the certified, clean used truck was the way to go for me. Patrick understands my personal requirements and wishes and was determined to get me in the best vehicle for me - fit for purpose. His genuine concern for his customers shows through his dedication and hard work. He went through the entire trade and purchase process so that I had no surprises. Caroline made sure we got the best rate and terms for our financing. She spent extra time searching multiple sources to ensure we were comfortable making this major purchase. The dealership is a very welcoming place. I've dealt with the service department and now sales and I've always felt at home. Everything is clean and everyone is inviting.
