This was a return visit that ended up being the battery. Thank goodness the car was in our garage and not out in a parking lot somewhere! Received a oil change in under a hour and I had 3 to 4 people in front of me. Waited in lobby , which is very nice, had a Starbucks cappuccino and bottled water.
