I have been discussing your situation with the Service Manager who is the person that rode with you. I would like to speak with you more about this also. I understand the frustration you are feeling and would like to address each concern that you have. I quickly would like to address the issue with your key. The recall that Nissan issued for the keys is that the keys were to be locked in place. You had the right to decline having the recall done. I apologize if there was any confusion as to what that fully entailed. We only performed the recall according to Nissan specifications.
