Services requested was not performed and nor was it communicated to why it wasn’t completed. I had to call to inquire after I picked up my vehicle the next day. I arrived at dealership after 5;30pm communicated to why it wasn’t completed. I had to call to inquire after I picked up my vehicle the next day. I arrived at dealership after 5;30pm and was unable to pickup my vehicle until the next day. Text message didn’t explain that unless you are there before 5pm there will be nobody to release your vehicle. More
