What a wonderful experience today at Ray Brandt Nissan of South Mississippi. Earlier in the week Kevin Payton and I had been on the phone discussing what would be the best pick for me to complete my daily ta South Mississippi. Earlier in the week Kevin Payton and I had been on the phone discussing what would be the best pick for me to complete my daily task and meet my obligations. Kevin worked with me over the phone due to the fact that I was hundreds of miles away. He also met a few times with my mom who stays around the local area and was very patient with her on explaining key features and upgraded specs on several cars. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars on his lot. Fast forwarding to today as I was pulling into the car lot, I noticed the door of the Sentra was open. I went over to it and luckily it was just Kevin Payton doing some inspections on the vehicle; getting it ready to be washed, detailed, and fueled with a full tank of gas. He was right on time with starting the paperwork and training me on all vehicle features. He left no question unanswered.
