I appreciated the ability to get a service appoint scheduled quickly but am troubled by three issues; namely, 1. The service desk didn’t answer the phone when I called and had to wait for a call back (which did come back in a reasonable time). I want to talk with a service person. 2. When I checked-in I was asked to sign an electronic pad for service. When paying the bill it indicated I waived two service items which I likely wouldn’t have done if I was treated like a real customer needing auto service. 3. I paid twice the amount for an oil change and tire rotation on my Murano than I did for recent oil changes and tire rotations on my full size Chevy pick-up and Corvette. I’m glad I didn’t know about the other service needs or I would have been gouged there too. Time for me to find a dealer service that doesn’t gouge their customers on something as routine as an oil change and tire rotation. Incidentally, during the Murano service we were test driving a Titan and considering a purchase. That went out the window with the way this service call went. This service call was a real eye opener for me. More

I live in Louisiana and made a special trip to this dealership to make my purchase. On November 17th, 2021 I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Mr. Jamie Commander, a salesman at the location. He took the time to listen to me about what I was looking for, from there he went over what was available. Long story made short, I was able to purchase the SUV that I really wanted instead of settling for something that I didn't want.
