Phillip and his team provided outstanding customer service! I initially purchased my Truck in May 2021 from a floor salesman and received some inaccurate information on what the truck came equipped wi service! After being able to speak to Phillip about this issue and making him aware of the inaccurate information that was shared with me he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Phillip personally made sure my truck was upgraded with the equipment that was guaranteed at purchase and even had to reach out locally to a third party company to make this happen! I am thoroughly impressed by Phillip and the leadership team at Ray Brandt Nissan. They are true to their word and won’t hesitate to make sure they value you as the customer! Furthermore, John is the Service Manager at this branch and has been outstanding with coordinating my service times, loaner vehicles (if needed) and making sure he addresses all issues and concerns. Overall, this team is led by some outstanding folks! Even though there were some initial hiccups in the beginning of my car buying experience Phillip and John and their staff made this right and that means more to me than anything else.
