Was sold a 2019 Rogue with all the clamps rusted holding the front bumper. Was told it was a simple fix by their repair people yet still can’t get the repair done. I'll start of saying that Kevin Payton is great, I'd happily buy from him again. The bad part at Ray Brandt Nissan is the finance lady Caroline Poulin. She straight up lied to us about the warranty co happily buy from him again. The bad part at Ray Brandt Nissan is the finance lady Caroline Poulin. She straight up lied to us about the warranty coverage to con my wife into purchasing the extended warranty. The problem got worse when i spoke with General Manager Les Fillingame after discovering that we were lied to. He said he would remove the extended warranty, and I told him I did not want to speak with Caroline again, another lie. Apparently he left early so he wouldn't have to do his job. I hope someone in the Ray Brandt Auto Group will do something about this, until then, buyer beware. More
