I walk into the nissan dealership and no one says anything to me. 3 minutes goes by and I am asked what I’m here for. I’m never told the name of the service advisor as I’m approached. I dropped my ca anything to me. 3 minutes goes by and I am asked what I’m here for. I’m never told the name of the service advisor as I’m approached. I dropped my car off at 7:40 (scheduled 9:00 appointment time). They took my car back around 8:00. I call at 10:00 for an update. There isn’t anyone in the service department so I left my name and number with the receptionist. At 11:00, I call again and they tell me they sent me a message at 9:30 about my service being complete (I’ve never received the message). My car had an oil change, tire rotation, and the complimentary wash which was HORRIBLY done! I am am very disappointed customer. More
