I felt bad for the employees having to work on a holiday, makes it seem Ray Brandt is more interested in making money then keeping happy employees. A lot has changed since you first opened. After many calls on my end and continuous asking to be contacted about my vehicle, I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM MY ADVISOR. She said she would call me back and I never received a call from the time I dropped m contacted about my vehicle, I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM MY ADVISOR. She said she would call me back and I never received a call from the time I dropped my car off and 3.5 days later when I picked it up. When notified that my car was ready, I received a text reading “HEY GIRL I HAVE YOUR VEHICLE READY FOR PICK UP” from a 6 digit number. Due to the unprofessionalism presented through text and just in general while my car was being serviced I called to verify my car was ready. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I was given from this location. It is so unfortunate on my end because I heard great things about this location and then ended up with a terrible experience that may result in my taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IS KEY IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! More
