My car was taken in on time and finished on time as promised. The SC associates are always polite and friendly. We've bought Hondas at Burne for about 30 years, so they're doing something right! They also deserve recognition for dealing with female customers with respect and never being condescending, which I have dealt with at a local Ford dealer. Our son was driving from Indiana to Upper Delaware National Scenic River to start a new job and broke down in Scranton on a Saturday evening. We had to help from Indiana. The tow truck driver dropped the van at Matt Burne Honda and saw the owner as she was leaving around 7:00 pm. He explained our problem. She told my son they would look at our van first thing Monday morning. I was called by Egon at 8:00 Monday morning and they made our van repair a priority. The repairs were completed by late morning. Our son was able to get the van, get to his destination unload all of his stuff and be ready for his first day of work on Tuesday! We want to thank everyone at Matt Burne Honda for their tremendous customer service and help! We highly recommend the service department. If we ever need any more repairs we will definitely go back. I took my vehicle in for a large service and spent over $1000. This was after they upsold me on tires. I waited 2.5 hours for the service to be complete. After about a week I noticed that not all items wer $1000. This was after they upsold me on tires. I waited 2.5 hours for the service to be complete. After about a week I noticed that not all items were completed. I took the vehicle back and the finished the job, but waited another hour. I still don’t trust that the job was fully completed. More
