I had a recall on my CRV and an oil change and tire rotation. All work was completed before the time that they said it would be finished. Nice job.
"Why I returned ... and an initial reaction to my new vehicle"
Because I received outstanding service on my 2001 Accord, and because I like Honda quality, I decided to return to Matt Burne Honda for my next vehicle. The Accord was 17 years old and I had driven it more than 245,000 miles.
I purchased a 2019/HR-V, a new adventure for me!
Although there are many positive changes (safety features, push button start, ...), I am disappointed with some others: lack of ability to lock items WITHIN the vehicle (important when using valet garage), driver’s seat belt awkwardly positioned, front cup holders are unsatisfactory, and the owners’ manual is confusing. Salesman Mike Harrity explained and/or set up many of the features for me. Back to the positive side: getting in/out of the vehicle, very good visibility, excellent heating system, automatic locking/unlocking.
