Arrived in the afternoon to drop of my CRV and was immediately greeted by the service manager. He pulled up my file and we went over what was needed for normal maintenance. He had this friendly attit immediately greeted by the service manager. He pulled up my file and we went over what was needed for normal maintenance. He had this friendly attitude that most service managers do not. We agreed that the work would be completed the next day so he made sure he had the correct contact for phone and email. I was called the next day about 10am that the CRV was ready for pickup. At pickup the cashier was courteous and she explained everything that was completed on the CRV and asked if there were questions. She then told me where the CRV was parked and said have a great day. All I can say is the service at Burne Honda is courteous, friendly and outgoing. Nice to have service like that More

Recently purchased my 2018 Civic after lease expired. Went to Texas to visit my daughter but made the appointment for 30K service and PA inspection. Got in Wednesday, the 29th, dropped off the car and Went to Texas to visit my daughter but made the appointment for 30K service and PA inspection. Got in Wednesday, the 29th, dropped off the car and despite it being a holiday weeked, got the call before 11 am Thursday that my car was ready to go!! Texas could never beat Burne Honda Service Department. Just plain NEVER!! More
