My crv would not start. Triple A jumped it. I immediately drove it to the Honda dealership. Within an hour I was back in the road with a new battery. My first time using Matt Burne Honda. I had a truck that needed to get back on the road after sitting for two years. Mike in service was fantastic. He did not have any appointments when I called in early Ju needed to get back on the road after sitting for two years. Mike in service was fantastic. He did not have any appointments when I called in early July and I explained my situation as I don’t live in PA. I had the car towed and there and they got me into an appointment on July 30 and started working on it. Mike kept in contact with me often. Whenever I called her any updates he always responded quickly and everything was done addressed except that they were not able to get an O-ring for the transmission leak. I do not know much about Matt Bernie service but I was very happy with the service Mike provided. He represented excellent customer service. I will definitely look for Mike For future service needs! 5 stars! More
