Mike Gramigna of the Service/Parts Department, a very knowledgeable computer person and one of the "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda," did ou 8-16-2021. Everyone of the other "horsemen" are always friendly and helpful whenever I enter the Service Department. COVID protocols are still followed at the dealership and is nice to see.
