I had an 8:00 appt for an oil change. I assumed since it was first thing in the morning I would be in and out to get to work. Unfortunately my car was not done until about 9:40. I decided at 9:40 to go up to the service desk and ask about how much longer. I was told “let me check”. And then was told “oh it’s done!” Was it done earlier and no one told me ? Would have liked to receive updates. $81 for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand it’s synthetic but I have had cheaper service at other dealerships on my previous Honda’s. Just a little disappointed overall. More
Light bulb was not changed as asked and a/c was not checked as asked. Shop grease all over the door jam and the steering wheel. Door lock part needed to be ordered on 6/1 when I was in for service. Called today 6/7 and was informed that the part was never ordered! As a result, i have to wait 3+ more days for part to come in and as for service. Called today 6/7 and was informed that the part was never ordered!
