I was surprised to learn that my 2020 Ridgeline needed the axel fuid changed at 12,000 miles as preventative maintenance, the salesperson should have told me that when I leased it. Their facility in south Jersey charges $69.95 for the same service. This is my 10th Honda........if this is how you treat your dedicated repeat customers than I will consider switching to Toyota when my lease is up. I'm very disappointed. Joseph A.
