I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in for a recall on Wednesday the 3rs of March. . When I got there, I was told the appointment was for Thursday the 4th. When I was on the conversation setting the app Wednesday the 3rs of March. . When I got there, I was told the appointment was for Thursday the 4th. When I was on the conversation setting the appointment, I was on my speaker phone and both myself and my husband heard Wednesday the 3rd. They did take me in or the recall. This was the second recall and the second time they wiped out my blue tooth settings. When I asked the service manager to restore the settings, , they tried but couldn't. I told the service manager this was the second time in a year my blue tooth setting was deleted and the last time my nephew had to reset the setting. He told me have him try and if not you have to make another appointment to have the technician restore all the computer settings, as they may have been deleted. . I asked them to do it now but they were too busy. I had make another appointment. Terrible customer service after buying this vehicle new from RJ Burne and this was our 3rd purchase. My nephew restored the blue tooth in less than 3 minutes. Very very disappointed in your customer service and the attitude displayed for a returning customer. I'll purchase elsewhere moving forward and my husband is is in the market for a new Honda SUV. We'll go elsewhere. More
