I scheduled service for a vehicle recall. Got to dealership to drop car off and was met with resistance from staff because my vehicle gas tank wasn’t at 1/4 tank or less. They wanted to immediately reschedule me, I took leave from work for this reason. I had symptoms of my vehicle not starting and stalling. I have a 4yr old some who rides with me so it was a huge safety concern before my appt. I also didn’t appreciate getting brushed off everytime I called/ text to try to make an appointment since October 2024. I purchased my vehicle from Burne Honda and I won’t be returning as a repeat customer. I’m disappointed as a consumer. More
