Setting the convenient appointment time for service was very easy. We had a contactless experience dropping the car off the night before, paying by phone and having the key and paperwork put in the car for very easy. Room for improvement This isn't our first Honda, so we knew we were buying a quality product. The salesman was cordial - no problem there, but he touted the fact that we w This isn't our first Honda, so we knew we were buying a quality product. The salesman was cordial - no problem there, but he touted the fact that we would have a loaner car when we brought the vehicle in for service. In three years, there has never been a loaner vehicle available except for once when we brought the car in after poor service following an accident in Fla. (Hit from behind while standing in traffic.) For standard service visits, there is never a car available. My friends who have Toyotas are always bragging that when the car goes in for service, it is returned to them WASHED. Now that's not a huge, costly benefit, but I would sure appreciate having my car clean when I get it back. I am considering a Toyota for my next vehicle. Aren't you sorry you asked? More
