Excellent Care and Service I've always thought highly of the Burne Honda Service Center - so much so that even though I moved to MA six years ago, I still have my Honda CRV serv I've always thought highly of the Burne Honda Service Center - so much so that even though I moved to MA six years ago, I still have my Honda CRV serviced here in Scranton. However, my service visit this past week made me see just how great the care and service provided to customers there really is. While I was waiting for my car, I saw an older woman sitting in the service area seeming somewhat frazzled and nervous. One of the employees then came and sat next to her and very calmly asked her to tell him what had happened with her car. The kindness, care, and compassion shown to this woman not only made her feel good and reassured that the problem with her car would be taken care of, but also made me feel good about why I still come to Burne Honda for servicing. I know that my 87-year old mom brings her car there for service and she never fails to mention Jack Munley and how well she is treated. Jack and the rest of the service team (as I don't know their names) are top notch. I can't tell you how reassuring it is for me to know that my mom is being looked after and not being taken advantage of because of her age - like other places may do. The service team is honest, very helpful in explaining what needs to be done, and just very accommodating with whatever you need. I'll continue to bring my car from MA to Burne Honda for servicing as long as I can! More
