Matt Burne Honda - Service Center

Problem with A/C 2017 Pilot with 12,000 miles A/C quit blowing cold about a week before my appointment for state inspection. Problem was condensor leaked refigerant. I have a trip planned for next week so I better get a loaner if not fixed by then. I realize its not their fault but I´ll have to take time off from work also to have it repaired. First problem I ever had with a Honda. More

Great service department I have been a customer of Matt Burne's service department since 2004. I have always been impressed with the service I get when I bring in my Honda. In 2004, I purchased my 2004 Accord from another dealership but always brought it to Burne Honda for service. I never felt that I received any less service or courtesy because I didn't purchase my car from them. When it was time to purchase my 2017 Accord, I bought it from Burne Honda. Yes, the sales department did a great job in convincing me to buy from them; but my satisfaction with the service department gave me that little push to make the deal without further hesitation, even though I knew they'd do a great job in servicing my car even if I bought it somewhere else. More
