To begin with, the reception area has an awkward set The main reason why I wouldn’t recommend this service center is the people at the reception area. To begin with, the reception area has an awkward set up with three people sitting at three separate desks. It is almost impossible to figure out which one is the right desk. When I entered the reception area, no one greeted me. I went to the desk that I felt was the closest to the entrance only to find out that it was the wrong desk. The person at the right desk was borderline rude. He was too busy sorting the papers and didn’t bother to look up pretty much the whole time when I was standing in front of him. I usually don’t write reviews, particularly bad reviews, but my wife and I had similar experiences at Matt Burne service center before. Their sales department people are cordial and I would buy cars from them again. However, it is very unlikely that I will visit this service center again. The service center requires a major facelift including addition of courteous personnel with good interpersonal skills. More

I had called for an appointment and they were booked, but they let me come in anyway to try to fit in an oil change before my driving trip. I was out of there in 35 minutes. Annual inspection visit I went with my grandmother to have her car inspected. She's 83 years old, doesn't drive much, and only takes the car in once a year. I've been driving her car the last few months and I know theres some things it needs, the breaks don't respond properly, the oil needs to be changed, and theres an error indicator light always on, which the manual says could be a fuel emissions issue, and to take it to the dealer asap. None of these things were fixed when we were there. I brought them up, they told me the breaks and oil are fine and the light doesn't mean anything. I'm not happy with those answers. More

Professional, quick, & easy I called the Service Department two days before I could go in with a description of my issue: my car repeatedly failed to start. It was diagnosed over I called the Service Department two days before I could go in with a description of my issue: my car repeatedly failed to start. It was diagnosed over the phone as most probably needing a new battery. Because I was away, I needed to get my car jumped each time I needed to drive it, which was extremely inconvenient. I asked if I could call when I was leaving to give an hour’s notice of my arrival, and Egon said that would be fine! Thank you! More
