I bought a used Subaru Outback and an extended warranty. I made my first service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The representative acted like she was doing me a favor to service my car because it was not a Honda. I was treated poorly. This was a very disappointing experience for me. And it gave me second thoughts about purchasing the extended warranty there. I would not recommend this dealership service department. And it gives the dealership a bad name. This should have been disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Basically, if you buy anything but a Honda, they don’t want you as a service customer. More

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when they noticed that my mobility is limited. I The service was completed in less than an hour.
