After my parts came in for the recall and my recall was finished the seals were damaged and so no transmission pressure ,then they would only allow one day a week for my truck to be on the rack so after se finished the seals were damaged and so no transmission pressure ,then they would only allow one day a week for my truck to be on the rack so after several weeks I had the truck towed to Joplin at fletcher and after 3 day my truck was fixed ! Chris was absolutely arrogant throughout the later part of the process and informed me that die to other appointments being scheduled there was nothing more he could do for me except adhere to his unacceptable schedule ,horrible experience! Never again More
