Had an oil change and tire rotation at Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Albion. Aug 2022. The two young guys in the service dept. appeared to me to be fresh out of high school. After the service was done I drove 15 miles to my home. I felt the need to check my lug nuts after arriving home, something I normally wouldn't do but I felt uneasy about the possible lack of experience these young men had in working on vehicles. Sure enough I had some lug nuts that I could turn with my fingers. Some were tighter than others but not one of them had been tightened enough! Called the Manager and told him. He was apologetic and told me the guy who rotated my tires had only worked there for two days. I find it unacceptable and will never be able to trust them to work on my vehicle again. I drove on the highway and could've had a tire come off killing me and or others. All I can say is I hope it only happen to my vehicle and there aren't others driving around with loose lug nuts and don't know it More
