First Class & Trustworthy Personal Service I am a discriminating buyer & was able to consummate the purchase of a low mileage used vehicle via Email/Internet & Phone the day after Thanksgiving I am a discriminating buyer & was able to consummate the purchase of a low mileage used vehicle via Email/Internet & Phone the day after Thanksgiving (Friday Nov 24, 2017). I drove 180+ miles to the dealership on Saturday based upon my discussion with Kyle & Justin regarding condition of vehicle and agreed upon price. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Kyle and as promised the vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned. I immediately inspected vehicle and was not disappointed, it was in excellent condition. A couple of very small paint imperfections were as exactly as disclosed by Kyle via phone. I spoke with one of the mechanics regarding a question I had about the vehicle and he provided me a thorough explanation to my question. I drove the vehicle and noticed one minor mechanical deficiency during the test drive. Kyle went out of his way to correct the matter and once that item was completed the balance of the sale transaction went seamlessly. I drove the vehicle back home that afternoon and the ride home was a sheer delight. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle, the entire sales process and the team of professionals I dealt with at Hometown CJDR. I can without any reservations highly recommend the Hometown team as first class and trustworthy dealership and a true pleasure to deal with.
