TAKE WARNING. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here. It was anything but. I experienced 7 mechanical failures in 6 months, totaling almost $10,000. It is apparent that this dealership doesn't perform their certified inspections since 3 of the failures should have been found during the 139-point inspection. Their misrepresentation of this vehicle cost me significantly. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their failures shows their deceptive business practices. I would never trust a vehicle from this dealership to be reliable and don't trust this dealership to do the right thing by you. The GM, Brad Bielen, screened my calls and ignored my emails until i posted a review. After trying to resolve it with the dealership, Brad Bielen's only response was, "It seems as we are at an impasse.." You can do much better somewhere else. Think before you go to Matthews-Currie Ford. Don't put yourself in my situation, these are not the only vehicles around. More

As we went to his desk, I commented that based on my past car-buying experiences, I would much rather be having a root canal done, without anesthesia, than going through the process of negotiating the purchase of a truck. An hour or so later, I found that buying a truck from Don wasn’t painful at all! Don was professional throughout the entire process, as was the sales manager, Chad Westrick. At the end of the day, I left with an awesome F-150 that I got for a fair price. And just as important, it was totally painless. I highly recommend Matthew-Currie, and I suggest you seek out Don when you visit them. More

The pre delivery fees are ridiculous, $3000 in fees, they didn't go over them with me. I wanted to take the car back because of the fees, I texted them the same night but they refused to let me bring it back didn't go over them with me. They offered me $3000 for my vehicle, they said it was involved in an accident and they couldn't sell it, they said it would have to be auctioned (they didn't bother to mention that the vehicle I bought was involved in an accident and had undercarriage damage). When I said no to the $3000, the salesperson said nothing to me, he just got up and walked away, he did that a few times. He hardly spoke to me. He came back with $4000, I again said no, when he came back with $5000, I agreed. Had I known about the fees I wouldn't have agreed, the guy who handled the paperwork signing, didn't mention the fees to me. I was told those fees are not charged by everyone. I was naive and stupid, I was focused on the interest rate, monthly payment and what I would get for my vehicle. I asked the salesperson what the interest rate was, he didn't know, he said the paperwork guy would go over that with me. I had to ask him what it was, he said 7%, actually it is 7.88%. The vehicle I bought was around $29866. My paperwork shows the price as $31700, not sure why fees change the actual price of a vehicle. Pre-delivery fees are ridiculous, just a way to take advantage of customers. They didn't even pull the factory door code number, I had to go back there so they could pull it. Loan processing fee? Isn't that part of their job? Electronic registration filing fee $249? I had just renewed the plate on my car, for two years, it was $159. Don't be an idiot like I was, go somewhere else or refuse to pay the fees. I've had the car for a month and the USB doesn't work. I called them and they said I would have to pay to get it fixed. Horrible place. More
