I recently had my 4 year old Edge in for an oil change which should have included a tire rotation. I was told the rotation couldn't be done unless I paid an extra $140 to replace my lug nuts. I never he which should have included a tire rotation. I was told the rotation couldn't be done unless I paid an extra $140 to replace my lug nuts. I never heard of lug nuts going bad and if they are bad, why is Ford selling such poor quality products that have to be replaced after only 4 years? I rejected the service so now my tires have not been rotated. Additionally, as I drove out from the dealership, I noticed my "check engine" light was on. It was NOT on when I drove in. How did that happen? Are you manufacturing false problems to generate additional revenue? I don't plan to return soon and my next oil change will be done at a locally owned garage instead of a Ford Dealer. More
