service as always was excellent, amber your service writer was very professional and accommodating. most importantly she knew what she was talking about. obviously you don't see your technician that do writer was very professional and accommodating. most importantly she knew what she was talking about. obviously you don't see your technician that does the mechanical work, but the accompanying paperwork was filled out explaining all involved and most importantly followed specific instructions.I enjoy the option to wait for your vehicle while being serviced as it gives the opportunity to explore the inventory resulting in ideas for the next purchase. Brought in my suv with an inoperative cruise control. Purposely left vehicle on as sometimes it partially would work and other times not at all. Did not like that it could not be diagnosed without all the uncertainty as the “let’s try this” and if not, “you will need this part” approach at my expense as once the steering wheel was installed, it was not returnable even if it did not solve the problem.
