Oil Change Came to Quick lane in the morning and stated that the car couldnt be in Quick Lane till the afternoon. Had to get the Srvice advisor to look at the mess. he called someone to clean it up. It was cleaned to my satisfaction. More

Well at first when I traded my 2002 f250 super duty in on a 2015 f250 super duty and my son traded a Nissan Altima in on his 2015 super duty I thought alright we are home so I traded my 2015 in on 2017 f450 a 2015 f250 super duty and my son traded a Nissan Altima in on his 2015 super duty I thought alright we are home so I traded my 2015 in on 2017 f450 dually and then traded again for a 2019 f450 dually and then it happened my son decided he wanted a gt500 so he traded his 2015 f250 in and wanted 6 months for the car the dealer tacked on an extra $15000. Over MSRP of $81300 so $96000.plus then gave him an interest rate at 6.99 when banks are offering 2.35% then when I mentioned getting it refinanced they basically begged him to make at least 3 payments so they could make there money the way I look at it they already made $15000. Upfront why do they need to make thousands more from the same car. And between my son and I we have purchased 5 trucks and one GT 500 Mustang and $32000. Was the cheapest. Also I’ve mentioned I’d like to trade my 2019 f450 in and get a 2 wheel drive dually but haven’t had much help with that. So I feel like they just want the money and not a loyal customer. More

Have always gotten excellent service and care from the service dept. I own a Lincoln that I get serviced there. Haven’t had to return to the Lincoln dealer since I purchased the car. Service dept has the worst customer service I have ever seen !! I was told on a Saturday it was slow to bring my car right in , my anti theft was stuck on and when I got my car there at noon I was told it seen !! I was told on a Saturday it was slow to bring my car right in , my anti theft was stuck on and when I got my car there at noon I was told it wouldnt be looked at til Monday..it is now noon on Wednesday and my car still has not been looked at !! Totally unexceptable !!! I guess customer service is not a priority to some places...the bigger the business isnt always the best !! The only reason I rated it a 1 star is because it wouldn't let me do a review with a zero !! More
