Amber was amazing. True hospitality!! I was promised multiple things to be fixed when I purchased my explorer. Unfortunately when I picked it up, a lot of things were still wrong with it. Since I had already bought it, I guess I was stuck with it. They fixed a few things to literally just leave and it still not be fixed. I came in for an oil change not sure how I was going to feel due to being screwed over before. Amber made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to help make things right on her end. Even the other things that are out of her control she was working to fix! Let’s hope the rest of her team would care enough to make things right. More

I bought a truck from Matthew Currie Ford about less than a year ago. We have been back to the service department more times than I can count. Thank God we bought an extended warranty they offered, otherwise a year ago. We have been back to the service department more times than I can count. We are still bringing it back and this last time they completely refused to service our vehicle we bought from them. Mind you for the same problem they told us they fixed about 5 times. They are crooks, completely horrible customer service. Please do not ever buy a vehicle from them. I have also asked to speak to Brian the general manager who refuses any calls I was told?? And they keep telling me he is unavailable. Horrible. I have lived in Venice my entire life and have never had this experience. Please STAY AWAY!!! Russel the service manager completely said they will no longer service my vehicle. After not even calling me back HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE More
